FAQs

  • We would love to help you with your home whether on the Cape or elsewhere. Due to shipping and delivery limitations, some options may be limited to those drop-ship ready from the vendor.

  • No. We work with you directly to offer décor and furnishings for your home. We do not provide any architectural renderings or building specifications.

  • We do deliver on the Cape for a fee. We strive to keep our delivery cost to a minimum, which on average is $200, but this will be dependent upon the size of the installation.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible. Some brands of furniture we carry are not possible to ship off Cape.

  • The timing of custom items will be different for each purchase depending on the brand, item, availability of fabric, etc.

  • Custom items are not returnable. All other items can be returned within a 30-day window after purchase and upon inspection and approval by store management.

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • We do not charge a fee for swatches taken home. We ask you to register the swatches with our store manager and agree upon a return schedule.

  • Yes. We have gift cards available at custom amounts which are presented in a luxury gift box.

  • Yes, but with varying days and hours. Please call us or check our website or social media for current store hours.
