Packages & Pricing
We offer two levels of design services. Each package requires a deposit prior to a meeting with a stylist. This deposit will be applied to your purchase of The Chatham Home products. Please contact us below to get started.
PACKAGE ONE
In-Store Styling
We welcome you to The Chatham Home to work with one of our in-store stylists to refresh any look or area of your home. Need to refresh a coffee table with accessories? Need to add to a bookshelf? Time to refresh your pillows? Our in-store stylists will assist with everything including furniture selection and ordering. We are here to assist you and look forward to having you come to our store at your convenience.
This service is complimentary.
PACKAGE two
Room Refresh
Need to bring new life to your space? Need help choosing and customizing furniture? Our expert stylists can choose the best furniture pieces and custom fabrics to suit your space, style, and budget. There is a $500 appointment fee which will be applied towards your purchases at The Chatham Home.

Full-Service
Prefer one-on-one time with our Lead Designer/Stylist? Erin will spend time discussing your vision and provide mood boards, room plans, and swatches. Your project will be designed to your likes and needs and items will be ordered based on your style and budget. There is a $1,500 appointment fee which will be applied towards your purchases at The Chatham Home.
